Refund Policy

A legal disclaimer, June 1st, 2025 

 

Due to the time-sensitive, labor-based, and emergency nature of our services, Just Call ME Transfer Services LLC does not offer refunds once a transport service has been rendered.

However, we understand that circumstances can change. In accordance with Pennsylvania law and fair business practices:

  • Cancellations made more than 2 hours prior to the scheduled transport may be eligible for a partial refund, less any administrative or mobilization fees already incurred.

  • Cancellations made less than 2 hours in advance, or after a vehicle has been dispatched, are non-refundable due to the commitment of personnel and resources.

  • If an error occurs on our part (e.g., incorrect pickup location, dispatch error), we will work to resolve the issue promptly and fairly, including offering a partial refund or service credit at our discretion.

Refund requests will be reviewed within 5–7 business days, and any approved refunds will be issued via the original payment method.
